Where Feelings Find Their Feet!
Join us for an hour of motion and movement. Where our feelings and emotions can be expressed freely through dance, music and connection. Together we create a welcoming space to move, reflect and support each other in a positive uplifting way.
Event information -
This is a safe space to express feelings and emotions.
- Please ensure attendees are dressed comfortably enough to move freely
- Please ensure there is space enough for attendees to move safely
- Whilst we would encourage all attendees to have their cameras on, we appreciate that this might feel challenging at times, so please feel free to turn to camera off also
- Please ensure attendees have a drink of water nearby to stay hydrated
- We will have a 'Dedication' white board up throughout the session if attendees would like to share the names or a personal message for their important person
Expectations -
- Emotion in Motion will start at 9:30am, at the start, we will do a 10-minute welcome, including expectation and boundaries, attendees will be invited if they would like to share who died. This will be followed by a 5-minute physical warm up together lead by one of our practitioners
- At the end of the session, we will do a 5 minute grounding and cool down and 5 minutes to check out and say Goodbye
- We will not be having discussions in these sessions, only a check in and check out
